Our client, a full service custom website and database development company is seeking a part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager to assist with general operations and bookkeeping at their headquarters in Pleasanton, CA. The Bookkeeper/Office Manager role is hands-on and will be responsible for assisting our client with various areas of their business. Ideal candidates will be motivated, independent, and positive, with a take charge attitude. Successful candidates will have the ability to excel in a fast paced environment and switch between various tasks throughout the day, including day-to-day accounting, as well as company-wide office management assistance.
