Senior Product Manager

San Francisco, CA
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team on a full-time basis in San Francisco.  Ideal candidates will manage & continue to develop their platform.  In addition, this individual will be cross-functional and able to define & translate business goals into product requirements / design specs.

  • Product leader responsible for growing engagement & revenue for the organization
  • Define / update short and long-term product roadmaps; assist with implementing same
  • Work to develop a focused, user-centric, metrics-driven product roadmap;  one that delivers on strategic objectives & supports corporate vision.
  • Guide cross-functional team to help define product specs, determine milestones, direct  development, implementation, & evolution of new optimizations & features
  • Identify growth opportunities through quantitative research, UX studies, reviews of industry standard methodologies.
  • Develop business cases for potential future roadmap ideas, assess the potential ROI / viability / factoring cost and resources.
  • Advise on how to use tools/ solutions to enhance customer experience lifecycle from acquisition to re-engagement.
  • Manage communication of initiatives to key stakeholders: weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual planning goals
  • Manage active and future initiatives by identifying requirements and use cases, and by using solution driven thinking to resolve bugs and general concerns.
  • Listen to customer feedback
  • Develop quality rollouts with strong user engagement & a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Five+  years product management expertise
  • Three+  years software platform experience
  • One year of web3 blockchain technology experience or more
  • Solid problem solving, analytical & decision-making skills.
  • Skilled with interpreting data and trends
  • Skilled with troubleshooting problems, and formulating effective solutions
  • People and Stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborate with engineering & design to ensure that high quality functionality is delivered on time to the market

  • May be tasked with lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs., if able to do so.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for moderate periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend at the knees and waist frequently
  • Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.

All employment is contingent on candidates passing a background check and providing at least two positive professional references from prior managers.
