Project Manager

San Francisco, CA
Our client is now looking for a qualified Project Manager to work full-time with their exceptional team. Working together with the other department heads to ensure that we provide the finest products possible while directly answering to the product manager. This individual will be responsible for the overall success of our client's marketing, events, public relations, and social media presence. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the development teams and the product management team to establish and manage the product lifecycle for projects.
  • Establish documentation with the team, including task scopes, project plans, project definitions, and contact and progress updates.
  • Control project timing, team expectations, major deliverables, meeting facilitation, and scheduling.
  • Manage internal project meetings
  • Oversee approvals, internal reviews, and delivery of all Products for a given project
  • Be able to accurately and effectively communicate the status of the deliverables to Stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate trafficking of deliverables to important Stakeholders
  • Materially contribute to project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a project management or related role
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong Google Suite and Jira skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to results.
  • The capacity to visit important stakeholder meetings.

ADVANTAGES:
  • PmP or CSM certifications
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall principles
  • Experience working with external licensors
  • Launch experience from concept to release
  • Management of live operations
  • QA experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • May be tasked with lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 25 lbs., if able to do so.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for moderate periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend at the knees and waist frequently
  • Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard.
